Role descriptions
Kickstart your career in management consulting/investment banking by having a dedicated role in a project team. During the internship you will start building your core consulting skills. Key tasks and responsibilities will include data gathering, conducting variety of analyses and preparing materials as a part of the project team. Furthermore, you will develop your client communication skills while settling into your role as a management consultant with potential to take more responsibility towards the end of the internship. To support your growth, your more experienced colleagues and changing project teams will be working closely with you and provide active support and feedback necessary to excel in your work.
Your main role is to solve problems assigned to you by our clients, gather data and conduct variety of analyses and prepare client-ready materials. You are responsible for dedicated modules of projects and involved in daily client communication. You are supported by your more experienced colleagues and changing project teams, who will provide you with the tools necessary to develop the knowledge and expertise required to take the next steps in your career.
You take responsibility for more comprehensive and complex modules of projects including client communication, as well as independently create client-ready materials. Moreover, your tasks include supporting and guiding the growth of interns and analysts and assist them in their daily work. Contributing to the development of the entire VALOR team is an increasing part of the role.
