Miika joined VALOR as an intern in October 2024. Prior to joining VALOR, Miika has worked in consulting and executive search. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Finance from Aalto University and is studying Arts at the University of Helsinki while pursuing an M.Sc. degree at Aalto.
Expertise
In addition to his studies in finance, Miika has gained experience in banking, executive search and management consulting, including at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on large-scale transformation projects.

Outside of work, Miika enjoys sports and culture. He currently spends most of his time away from the office running, enjoying music and spending time with friends and family.
