Ella joined VALOR in August 2024 as a trainee. Before that, she challenged herself by working for a quantum computing company, a market she had never experienced before. At VALOR, Ella hopes to challenge herself again, this time with new problems in the healthcare sector.
Expertise
Ella has learnt a lot about the Finnish social and health sector through her Bachelor’s thesis. In addition, Ella has gained experience in analyst skills from her previous jobs. Through many years of customer service, Ella has also learned a customer-centric approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
Education
Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering and Management. Ella is studying for a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management in Aalto University, majoring in Strategy.
Outside the office
Ella enjoys spending time with her friends and family, usually playing various sports with them. Ella also enjoys playing the piano, singing and watching her favourite TV shows.
