About Nelli
Nelli works at VALOR as an Office and Communications Coordinator. She came to VALOR in June 2022 from Sitra, the Finnish Innovation Fund. At Sitra, Nelli worked as a Project Coordinator in both the Updating Democracy and Democracy and Participation teams.
Expertise
Nelli is an events and communications professional who is quick to take action with a creative but always practical approach. At VALOR, in addition to the day-to-day running of the office, she is responsible for VALOR’s events and communications, both on the website and on social media. In particular, Nelli has developed VALOR’s website, news content and event culture.
Education
Bachelor of Science (Economics and Business Administration) from Aalto University. Nelli is currently studying for her Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration at Aalto University while working.
Outside the office
Nelli’s favourite hobby is her own events company. Nelli is also an active social media influencer and likes to share her everyday life with her Instagram followers.
Apart from the event buzz, Nelli enjoys simple things: being outdoors in the sunshine, listening to good music live or on record and going to different culture events.
